Description: This week's Target Range features Dial Tone.
Could be any version.
I went with the 2002 version because it's one of my favorite figures from the repaint era. I've always been a Dial Tone fan and don't think he had a bad version ever released. The gear on this one made no sense for a comms officer. But, it was also decent enough in terms of quality.

I forgot this version existed, but since I didn't live anywhere near a BJs or TRU when I was a kid, I guess that's not surprising. I like the colors on him, though. He looks good in that setting too. |
