The Airborne rifle is a nice match for Gung Ho. I've always been a bit bothered by those Joes who seemingly only use an explosive launcher for no other reason besides that it's their special part. | |

I've always wanted to love Airborne's rifle. It's a big reason why I got into Joe back in 1983. But, I've always had a hard time giving it to others.
I like the idea of Gung Ho having an option other than a grenade launcher. And, he seems like the kind of guy who would get a kick out of using a bayonet. | |

Great shot, the pose is just right, and the location allows him stand out.
I gave my Gung-Ho a ripcord rifle that's the same dark grey. |
