Description: They Cyber Viper is a weird favorite of mine. I came across him in the comic. He was just bizarre. But, something about him seemed cool. I didn't get one until he popped up in a lot in 1999 or so. In hand, the figure's atrocious colors really spoke to me. And, to this day, he remains one of my favorite late run Cobra figures. He goes great with the Detonator. (I recall him being introduced with the Detonator in the comic. But, that might be time playing tricks on me.)
This is an old photo. I think it's from late 2007 or early 2008. Somehow, I got a small army of Cyber Vipers before they got stupidly priced. All of them in the Detonator just looked cool, to me.

I've only ever encountered a cyber viper in the wild once at a toy show long ago, and it's the one I have in my collection today.
Not sure why, but I do like the cyber viper. The colors are hideous and don't really fit with anything else, yet the mold is so detailed and unique.
It is sad that the cyber viper never got a repaint in the 2000's. | |

I like the angle of this, because it really shows the uniqueness of the mold. I'd never known they had such big points on their shoulders!
Never seen one in person, and it's got a level of asymmetrical design that would drive me up the wall, but the figure does look cool |
