Hello Guest

Theme Week - Chuckles
Description: Chuckles is a figure and character that has grown on me a lot over the years.  There will always be a place for him in my collection.

It is heartbreaking though that it seems like every Chuckles I come across now has a cracked torso on his left side.  So far mine has not gotten worse since I last checked him.

If any factory custom figure makers are listening, how about a Chuckles run?  Think about it.  So many possible shirt patterns and color combinations.  Would be really cool.

That Chuckles crack was one you mentioned on this very site a few years ago, mine has one, so I did pick up a spare front torso. Probably won't bother to change it unless the O-Ring dies.

There might be a Factory Custom 84 style Chuckles, using the Recondo torso. It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing.

I have a couple Chuckles figures, one has the crack and one doesn't (but his arm is stiff in the torso on that side, so I'm a bit concerned about moving it much).

Great photo, and great set! Everything from the lighting, to the city lights in the background, to the coffee bags says "seedy riverfront warehouse area", and it's awesome.

Yep, I think all of mine (I have a couple) have the crack. Really mysterious defect.

Amazing photo Scarr, the city lights in the background give it some depth, but don't distract from the awesome set you have here!

I had one with a cracked torso too. I've never seen it on another figure and it seemed weird, but I didn't realize it's as common with Chuckleses (Chuckli?) Great atmosphere in this shot, I like the coffee bags! Chuckles customs would be fun. There's also potential for bland "civilian" repaints of the shirt.
