Description: General M. Bison (2 pack) - AKA Commander Krieg.
This week's theme was a bit of a challenge since I have very few intact street fighter or mortal kombat figures in my collection.
This one is a bit sentimental for me, as this particular figure was sent to me by Outrider. Back then he had repurposed the various movie edition M. Bison's into new cobra troop leaders. The blue one he named Commander Krieg. I guess he had a spare one, and he shipped it off to me as a surprise.
His bio reads - "A former officer in the East German army who turned mercenary after the Berlin wall fell, Commander Krieg is an old associate of Major Bludd. When Bludd heard that Krieg was available he hired him as commander of Cobra's Blueshirt brigades, a job he carries out with ruthless efficiency."
It's a neat figure, the sculpt is really good, it's a shame he has to have the lame spring action gimmick. I've made no touch ups or alterations since I got him. I suppose if the o-ring ever breaks I'd have to try and salvage him into a custom version of the character.

Great shot, very sharp and a great sculpt. I like the contrast between Krieg and the "basic" figures in front of and behind him, plus the "basic" nature of the HISS. | |

Outrider had so many good shots of this guy, in a bit I'll have to go through them again.
I still don't have a Movie Edition version of this figure, and I think I really need to rectify that soon. Like Mike said, you really captured the fantastic head sculpt on this guy. | |

You don't see blue movie M Bison in photos often. Looks like he works well with Cobra, much better than the standard M Bisons. | |
