Hello Guest

Stay back
Description: I only have a few Street Fighter/Mortal Combat figures, and I've never taken any photos with them, so this sort of goes with last week's theme. The bright blue on the Black Major Snow Serpent in the background makes him tricky to use, so in my mind, he's a newbie and the uniform is part of an elaborate Snow Serpent hazing ritual. Anyway, I liked this shot.

Welcome aboard.  Nice depth on this shot.  Those binoculars are a nice match for the snow serpents.

Of all the TBM snow serpent variants, that blue one was one that interested me, but like many other factory customs I was too hesitant to buy one.

Good shot! I like those new binoculars, it's cool to see them with older figures. They have a comic or carton look--like the early Herb Trimpe-penciled issues where there's lots of slick shiny silver technology.

I really like a lot of the gear that the Sunbow CC came with, but the binocs and the Sunbow pistol are probably my favorite. They add a lot to photos and they work a lot better than things like the season 1 opening rifle.

Nice shot. I never picked up any of the non-arctic Snow Serpent figures, so a photo like this makes me rue that decision a little bit.

The color match on the binocs and the Snow Serpent is pretty spot on.  Great choice for a pairing.
I loved the Ice Snow Serpents.  They were my 2nd favorite paint job behind the cartoon versions.  But, these were when factory customs started getting expensive and I couldn't stomach $18 when the figs had been $7 just two years prior.  So, I didn't pull the trigger.  I don't know how I'd have used them.  But, they look great.

I think I picked mine up secondhand when it was cheap on Ebay. I always wanted to find the cartoon version, but they don't really seem to get below $30 anymore. I was rewatching GI Joe: the Movie last night and I noticed that the Motor-Vipers are given blue Snow Serpent uniforms in the Himalayas, not unlike this guy. Made me want to try a quick head swap.

Welcome aboard SnowCat!!!

Great shot, I think that snow looks really good. Also, those binoculars are slick, are they custom or did they come with a figure I'm forgetting?

Those bright blue Snow Serpents are tricky indeed, though I think they look quite good. I wish he'd done some in VvV Snow Wolf colors.

Thank you sir!

Yeah, I think the snow turned out well. Actually took the photo for a storybook my brother and I made for our young nephew, and we ended up using these segments of white fabric, some real snow and even flour alternatively throughout. It all ended up looking pretty cohesive.

The binoculars are the ones that came with the 2022 Retro Sunbow Cobra Commander. They're based on the set he uses in the Season 1 opening and in the first episode of Arise Serpentor, Arise. They're a really neat piece, though I wish there was a better way for figures to hold them.

The blue BM Serpents really do look great, it's a nice color combination. Snow Wolf colors would be awesome, I grew up in the VvV era and a then-new Snow Wolf figure became the third member of my Snow Serpent squad.
