| Stinger for Theme Week |

Description: I missed out on the first theme week (and I haven't taken a picture of Pathfinder in ages, it would've been a good opportunity). But here's my entry for Stinger week. The Stinger Driver is a nice figure that I don't think of using often enough. The Black Major trooper version is pretty cool too. I wasn't buying Joes when he came out, and it took years to find one at a decent price when I started collecting third-party figures.

Nice posing and color captured here. I've always liked the stinger driver. That light grey is so striking with the black gear and red accents. I guess I'm lucky that I managed to get two stinger troopers way back when they came out. They look great, but I agree that the quality was not the best. | |

Those Stinger Troopers are among my favorite BM designs of all time. The quality was crappy, though, in that 2nd (or 3rd?) run of Troopers. The arms are loose and the legs flay. I've wondered why he hasn't redone this coloring when he has redone the blue/red that used the same paint masks.
That Stinger Driver is pristine grey. It's getting way too hard to find ones that look like that any longer. | |

The Stinger Trooper was pretty low production, great figure though. |

Nice! I like the pose with how he's holding the door up. The TBM Stinger Trooper really was perfectly matched to the Stinger Driver. I never got any when they came out because money was tight and I thought they seemed a little novel, but I do often somewhat regret that |
