Description: This is a super simple shot from an iPhone that took way too long to set up. Not up to the usual quality here, but I love this figure and you barely ever see him.

| September 08, 2017, 02:53:17 AM Thanks, fellas! Took quite a bit to make it work, but it did its job pretty well in the end.
God damn, quite the shot! Space is a really hard style of shot to do. I've got an '87 Astro Viper, but I feel I should get his friends from 1992 and 2001 too. Thanks! I'd like to do more space shots, but I probably need to get better at photography in general first. And both the Star Brigade Astro Viper and the Shadow Viper are A+ Cobras in my book! You will like them and they are cheap. |

Very impressive. I like this Astro Viper the best of all the mold uses. The colors work for space. It's tough to find a way to get convincing space shots, too. This is a great showcase for the figure. Thanks a million for the kind words, Mike! I love the look of this guy, too. I wish his legs had more paint and he had the classic accessories. As it stands, I think I like the Shadow Viper just a little more, but this one is a close second. If I ever track downs a Lanard Corps shuttle, though, the original red Astro Viper will be the crew and pilot.
I think it works great too! I've only seen the red/gray/yellow ones that look good with a POGO, but this guy is very interesting! Is the satellite a transformers piece? Ooooh, those dudes would look good in a Pogo. But the Star Brigade ones look good in an Invader, too. And the satellite is the back end of Kamen Rider Meteor's Machine Meteorstar bike: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-2iXlOuZwNDU/T0mmW5ChAoI/AAAAAAAAI9s/1xm_OhKeF9o/s1600/IMG_0224.JPG |
