Also, I think that NCL sword is a real upgrade over the one he came with.

Your review makes an excellent point that he and Vega go together well--I wonder if Hasbro's designers felt inspired by Vega's color scheme so they recycled it on the NCL mold. I decided back in '93 that I wouldn't collect the SF2 figures and I've sold all the ones that came into my hands. I don't regret that choice, but a pic like this (and your review) makes me wonder if I should.
