Description: This is the first "army" I've completed to my satisfaction (other than that Toys R Us Viper set from years ago). I know I've probably used up most of my goodwill with Headhunter shots, but I wanted one photo with all of them together before moving on.

It's great to see a Headhunter army out and about. In some ways, it sucks that the convention HHST ruined the character. But, that terrible figure also dropped the price on vintage HHST's. So, silver lining.

I was honestly happy to get the convention one for a good price. I'd like a couple more of the vintage ones, but these will definitely do for now. I'm not bothered by the color, but I don't love the Metalhead legs from either a looks or functionality standpoint. And I wish it was a little better at holding its weapons convincingly.
This figure of Headman is a nice addition to the subset- it makes sense that his character would have more than one suit.

Dude, you can never have enough Headhunter shots! Your shots of them have made me want to bust mine out again. I like that orange Headman more than I probably should too, lol.
He's definitely not bad, but he's an acquired taste. I hope you do bust out some Headhunter shots. I'd love to see what you come up with.
Nice army! The Headhunter visor/beret combo is a cool look! Headman's hamburgalar look isn't so hot, but it's iconic!
hah! The original definitely does resemble the hamburglar. this one may be more of an "artisanal cheese sauce burglar." I will probably grab the original at some point, but this guy is fine for now, even if he's not a fashionista. | |
