| August 30, 2020, 02:06:30 PM I own a couple of those Vipers. One had all the inner mechanics of his torso break off!
Fun shot, too, A-Man. Always nice to see Serpy wearing his cape |

| August 25, 2020, 11:45:46 PM I remember buying two sets of those vipers when they came out and having to replace all of their o-rings, and sanding all the crotches with emory boards. |

| August 22, 2020, 03:09:25 AM Sanding the crotches down isn't too hard, but getting the necks fixed is serious work. I did a couple, but it's almost too much trouble to do that for all of my 2000's Vipers. |

I can hear the Viper's parts straining under this heavy usage from here. I'm sure at least half their o-rings snapped after this.
Actually what I noticed was some discoloring, one has half a thigh darkened or whatever. Me and my cheap sandwich bag storage system.
These 6 were actually attempts by me to "fix" the figures, so shaved/filed down crotch strips...maybe some attempts at neck correction. Probably replaced the o-rings. After these six I gave up. I still have 2 Viper Pit sets MOC....their'll probably break inside their plastic prisons someday. It was so frustrating and sad. |
