| Python Patrol Snow Serpent |

Description: I've avoided the Python Patrol factory customs just because I'm not a huge PP fan. But, this guy was cheap and I wanted several of the white w/ green gear versions, so I tossed him into my order. I'm pleasantly surprised by him, though. I still have no use for a Python Patrol Snow Serpent. But, he looks cool.

I was disappointed that the rocket launcher is a hard fit on the backpack, and the snow shoes don't fit too well, but it was nice to see the Snow Serpent mold used. | |

Aren't those red parts fun? There's at least a few Action Force guys and Battle Corps/Star Brigade figures they'd look great with. Python colors are interesting on the Snow Serpent mold too.
With that said, I've been having a hard time pulling the trigger on too many of these Snow Serpents. It feels like it's either you blink and miss them, or they're really odd/novel.
I only bought this figure and 3 of the white w/ green accessories figures as they were $12 each. I really want the ice blue versions. But, I'm not paying $18 per figure for them. I'm betting on a Thanksgiving clearance sale to maybe get a few cheaper.
I'm not a big fan of the limited run/limited time and Ebay auction only figures. Just set a price and sell them. At least the NF Snake Eyes prices fell to "normal" levels. Some of these Snow Serpents should, too. But, it's not a mold that really needs a lot of repaints. Though, the cartoon ones I saw did look nice. | |
