Hello Guest

HEAT Viper
Description: I'm not a huge fan of the '89 HEAT Viper.  He should be cool.  But, the gear's too much.

I've never been much of a fan of this one either.  The mold is ok, but he's awkward to use.  I've only ever picked up one, and he never gets used.

Other than maybe the Cobra Parasite, I can't think of much his color pallet would match well with either...

I sold all mine off but this guy and he's the only '89 army builder I don't regret getting rid of.  I've only got a couple of photos of him and most are recent.  He's tough to pose in a decent way and doesn't match with much of anything.

Hasbro was really into either Hoses or Flip-Down visors in the 87-90 era. The HEAT Viper's a cool looking figure, but not fun to use and over time I've soured on his head sculpt!

Indeed, the removable missiles were a bad choice too. Seems like a decent play feature, but when you take them off there's nothing to do besides lose them. :/
