Description: My last Indiana Jones pic cost me 50 Instagram followers. We'll see what this one does.
I've wanted this figure for 39 years. It's the one that kind of got away. Sadly, this retro one doesn't really do it for me. The hands are so small that he can barely hold his weapons. And, while I get the whip design homage to the original, they really should have updated it to a design that the figure can hold. Plus, the legs. They're Lone Ranger style figure legs.
But, I'm like one of maybe 50 people that will actually open this figure. As a carded piece, he's nice. Loose...meh.

What's Instagram?
Hehe, anyways, I've seen these figures floating around and I'm not sure what to think of them. I've always wanted some of the Kenner-style Indiana Jones toys, but even years ago these were really expensive. So the retro stuff could scratch that itch and make it easy to get the accessories.
Also, I noticed they're only $12? Actually seems pretty fair given an o-ring Joe runs $21 and is limited to online two-packs. |
