Hello Guest

Aquasharks
Description: My first attempt at a lego pic.

I found this set at the local flea market last month and the price was too good to pass up.  It was my first Lego purchase in nearly 18 years.  It was the only aquashark set I didn't have as a kid, and I still have most of my childhood sets.

Really well done! Lego is cool, though I think some of the modern offerings are a little too polished looking, to the point they don't really seem like Lego

Thanks.  I agree about modern Lego, the aesthetics are just all wrong.

Very nice! The background looks amazing, and everything matches up perfectly.

Has collecting Legos also been ruined by Covid-collectors? I'd hate to imagine the prices those go for now.

Thanks, it was my first attempt at trying to shoot anything Lego.  I'll try to do more soon.  Over the last year and a half I rediscovered my old sets and have put them back together during power outages (we've had a lot of them lately for all sorts of reasons).

I imagine covid collectors have made everything go up, even Lego.  I got very lucky and found this set for less than half of the current ebay price, it even came with the box and all the paperwork.

Amazing picture! I had so much fun with these sets when I was a kid. I remember when the underwater sets debuted, they were like space but even better.

I had quite a few of underwater sets, I only caught the tail end of the space stuff
