Hello Guest

At the Launch
Description: Ripcord is such a disappointment.  His helmet doesn't fit.  His mask is made of such weak plastic that you can't even plug it into the rig.  These figs were meant to be kept carded.  And, that just sucks.

I considered backing the sky striker, but I wasn't sure if I'd have space for it, and the quality of it may be questionable.

Sounds like I dodged a bullet too.  I almost picked up Ripcord at a local toy show a few weeks ago, but I passed because the paint was sloppy, and 50 bucks was just too much for me.

I hate that we could get a proper o-ring revival, but instead it's been half assed and feels like it will have ended before it even started.

That's a bummer. I thought I might regret not supporting the Sky Striker Haslab myself, but I increasingly feel as though I dodged a bullet. Personally, I think Hasbro was just cashing-in on the lockdown-collectors, and never intended to put serious effort into an o-ring revival.

The upside to the Cobras is that there's not much too them.  So, they work pretty well.  I was really looking forward to Ripcord, though.  And, he's just not a figure who's going to end up getting much use beyond the type of thing you see here where he's just standing around.
